    The building owner or property manager reports a roof leak. Basic information is gathered, including location of the leak, when it occurs, and any photos or access instructions.
  2. 2 Leak Investigation
    A repair crew is dispatched to assess the issue and investigate the leak.
  3. 3 Diagnosis & Repair
    After identifying the source(s) of the leak, the crew will make necessary repairs with the appropriate materials. Work is completed on a time and material (T&M) cost basis.
  4. 4 Documentation & Reporting
    A summary will be given to the owner/property manager with photos, description of work completed, and any other observed concerns.
  5. 5 Recommendations
    If broader issues are identified during the repair, recommendations for additional work may be given. A proposal for a long-term maintenance plan can also be provided.
