Start your inspection with our commercial roofing team
Our expert team helps you avoid unexpected damage by identifying vulnerabilities before they become expensive problems. Stay compliant, dry, and worry-free year-round.
At a minimum, you should schedule a roof inspection at least once a year. However, more frequent inspections—such as twice a year (typically in the spring and fall)—are highly recommended. This allows potential issues to be identified and addressed early, before they develop into costly repairs or lead to major damage.
A standard service usually includes:
- Initial consultation
- Detailed roof inspection
- Comprehensive roof assessment
- Customized repair and maintenance plan
The duration of a roof inspection can vary depending on several factors, including:
- Location and Accessibility – Roofs that are difficult to access or require special safety equipment may take longer to inspect.
- Size of the Roof – Larger roofs naturally require more time to inspect thoroughly.
- Roof Type and Complexity – Multi-level roofs or those with numerous penetrations (HVAC units, skylights, etc.), may add time to the inspection process.
- Condition of the Roof – If significant issues are found, the inspection may take longer to properly document and assess all problem areas.
On average, a standard roof inspection can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, but more complex or larger roofs may take longer.
